“I am absolutely speechless with the level of care and compassion I've received from Rose Pharmacy and I am so beyond grateful to have been referred here by my physician!After having a great deal of difficulty with several CVS locations and stock issues, I soon found myself dealing with a string of new pharmacists that were outwardly rude and refused to assist with any questions I had in regards to my medications or insurance. One CVS pharmacist even told me, "I don't have time to deal with your problems- go online and figure it out yourself." Needless to say, even my doctor was appalled. I was nervous to go to a "smaller" pharmacy; but after my Doctor mentioned he had several other patients with great experiences at Rose, I figured it was worth a try.From the moment they answered the phone, I was treated like a real person and the pharmacist went above and beyond to communicate with me, my Doctor, and insurance, to make sure I would have everything handled promptly. They were very quick, very convenient, and most importantly- they made my experience quick and easy. I felt like I had been a long time customer. Honestly, I would say I even felt like family.I cannot recommend this location highly enough! I would give 10 stars if I could! Just being treated so kindly and professionally would have given them 5 stars alone, but the convenience and speed exceeds all expectations. I'd drive an hour if I had to. They're the best! “I was disappointed that my pharmacy of over 30 years was closing. Bluejay pharmacy moved into the location I was very happy to see that some of the staff continued working with the new owner / pharmacist. The Owner, as well as the other pharmacists, & staff that work at this location are very knowledgeable and very caring. Linda was with the other pharmacy & I am happy she is still there. She is a caring & loving person & I always look foward to seeing her!!! They take the time to talk with you and discuss anything that you need. If they are super busy, they will even call you, if you can't wait! They go above and beyond and will even contact your doctor's office if a prescription has not been sent over. I would definitely recommend this family owned and operated pharmacy. I am very pleased with their Customer service, friendly, mom & pop feel! They are top notch. If you are looking for a family business to support definitely check this pharmacy out. If they don't have something they will even try to order it for you! Though as I said I am sad my long standing pharmacist/Owner retired & I miss him. I am glad I took his advice & gave Bluejay a chance! A+++”

“Can’t say enough good things about this place! I stopped in yesterday (Friday Feb 16). Salesperson was so incredibly helpful and patient with me. (I spent at least two hours trying out scooters and chairs, being indecisive and changing my mind 20 times, and he had the patience of a saint.)We finally decided on a scooter to purchase, and within 10 minutes it was fully charged and ready to take out the door.Thank you for making something difficult to accept so easy to accommodate.Amazing experience. “Are you having trouble getting your large chain, big box pharmacy to answer the phone? does your large chain big box pharmacy run out of hard to get prescription medication (like children's antibiotics) occasionally? Do you feel like your pharmacy doesn't even know who you are? Do you find yourself going to the pharmacy because you can't get answers. I've been there, and done that.... Go to Wayne Pharmacy, they have real people who work there. The actually answer the phone and talk to you when you need help. They are knowledgeable and provide explanations you can understand. They work with you (and your doctor) if you have a problem. You can get vaccinated for the flu/COVID without any hassles. Why would you go anywhere else??”

It had a defect from shipping and it was immediately replaced with a smile! Rob and the staff are all wonderful. Friendly and accommodating in every way. “I can not say enough great things about this business. I live in North Rockland. My pharmacy was having a problem getting a medication that I'm taking. So, I called the prescription center. They told me they had it. I got in touch with my doctor. He sent the script to them immediately. I called up. Spoke to the pharmacist. He was a major help. I asked if they delivered. He said yes. The next day, the driver came with my prescription. The prescription was in refrigerated bags. I asked if I was the farthest they delivered to. He said no. He said he delivers to Putnam and Orange and Dutchess counties as well. All I could say is that I highly recommend this place. Highly.”

I always like Drive Canes and at Drive website it tells me that there's a Drive vendor near me in my town, they're called Reliable Medical.My wife and I stopped by today to inquire on purchasing a replacement cane. We were greeted by Megan. Megan was very cordial, amiable and helpful in assisting me on a cane selection, she was so kind and knowledgeable of their products.We chose one and tried it out right away.
