Lacks in communication with potential buyers. I have reached out to the store multiple times on several different pieces that I’ve been interested in, I have asked about prices and or dimensions. They do not respond. Recently, I messaged the store in regards to a piece I was interested in to find out more information as I would purchase it over the phone and pick it up the next day. They lacked in communication and were very short with their responses. Never answering my questions, reading my comments but not responding. I just called about the piece since they did not communicate well over there social media to find out they sold it yesterday.

Contacted regarding selling them some antique pieces I have. They asked for pictures, I sent them, and never heard back one way or the other. Doesn’t take much to say yes or no in a message.

Table did not hold up more then a month and took almost a year to be replaced. The replacement did not have the same detail or finish and within a few months the table top was warping again. She was supposed to return and to add exposed bolts like the original table had but never did. It was a disappointing experience.
