I just picked up my rolex from service at hartgers jewelers and i am super impressed,did not reconized my watch. Went in not working,dirty & scuffed up. Watch came back beautiful like new will defintely recommend, thank you guys at hartgers

dont waste your time unless you are a known customer. my two interactions (years apart): 1. called to see if they had a specific tudor model. women said to hold on while she checked but never came back on the phone 2. stopped by in sept 23 to inquiry about a rolex. put my name on "a list" but crickets since bought both the tudor and rolex at lee perla!

This is by far one of the best kept secrets in the State of New Jersey. An elegant jewelry store that actually treats its clients with professionalism, respect, class and honesty—no games, no gimmicks!I purchased two Rolex timepieces from Saige (assisted by Kelly) and I can’t say enough nice things about both of them, their professionalism, and their respectful manner.Saige contacted me as soon as the timepiece I requested became available (which was very quick by Rolex AD standards), made sure to let me know that it will be kept safely for me so I can pick it up at my convenience ; and when I arrived at the store, my purchase experience was smooth, quick and flawless.This luxury establishment is a gem! (No pun intended). And it is so refreshing to know that some sales’ establishments still practice the art of old fashioned excellent customer service. From the first day I purchased my first timepiece from this place, they secured my undying loyalty and my sincere gratitude.

This is my second interaction with Hartgers Jewelers and it was a very nice experience. About a year ago I was searching for hard to find Tudor that Hartgers had listed on line. I spoke with Saige and luckily the store still had 1 left in stock. The following day Saige helped me with the purchase, a very pleasant experience. Yesterday I stopped by to see the new offerings from IWC and a gentleman helped me. After 10 minutes, I mentioned I really had my heart set on a Rolex Submariner. He shared information on the watch and the buying process with clear expectations. I was then introduced to Lauren who took my information and helped me pick the exact configuration that I was looking for. She was very warm and professional. So, although I didn’t leave with the watch I wanted the experience was very pleasant and I hope to do business with Hartgers again in the future. Highly recommended.

I walked in for the first time on a very busy day and was greeted by Lauren. Despite how busy they were she spent an exceptional amount of time with me going over different pieces and answering all my questions as a beginner. I didn’t leave with anything that day but she gave me all the information and allowed me to take my time. When I was ready to purchase Lauren made the process a super easy and enjoyable experience. I can’t wait to go back soon for my next piece!

Went here to get a watch serviced and different watches bracelet adjusted a month or so ago. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Recommend Hartgers for sure!

It has been an amazing experience to work with Saige. She is super responsive and easy to work with. My watch purchase experience was amazing. They waited for me for 4-5 days and were never in a hurry !! Overall, my experience with the team Hartgers has been really good. Unlike a lot of other jewelers, they do not push you to make a purchase either. They have me as a permanent customer !!

Broad selection of some breathtaking pieces. I stopped in at lunch to purchase earrings for my wife. Was met by Emily. She asked me for details, provided solicited feedback and was very helpful. Ended up going back for something slightly different and Emily made the process very easy. I also inquired about a watch they did not have in stock and they offered to order it no questions asked and will text me when available. Great selection and very neat location.

Hartgers extorted me on spending a fortune on non-desired models to get desired PATEK and ROLEX models and never delivered. This is why they LOST their PATEK license and soon to be others brands. It’s been proven that they sell their PATEK ALLOCATION directly to the grey market (I have serial numbers, customer info, and where they ended up to prove it).They are extremely dishonest, greedy, and liars. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION!!

Beautiful store. Lots of different brands stocked.The owner has a sense of humor - didn't take anything too seriously, nice that he was willing to help. Looked at IWC, Breitling, skipped past Panerai. One day I may be back to check out their AP collection...If you're going in for a Rolex - don't bother at the moment(none in stock for what I assume are new clients). Just buy the SS Daytona you want through a third party website. A shame because I always like to shop small business if possible, unfortunately the stores hands were tied and at the mercy of corporate Rolex.After talking to the sales man/owner yesterday, it'll be several years to acquire what I wanted. I could possibly be dead before it's available to me...Shorter I ASSume if you're a friend of the AD or have a large purchase history(rightfully so).Luckily I only live a few minutes away, no harm no foul.Bottom line, don't waste your time in trying to acquire a Rolex at this AD at the moment...There are other options out there, hopefully Hartgers will stock Grand Seiko in the future!
