The owner is always there, and she is the most friendly and helpful. You can tell she wants all her customers to be satisfied, and it shows. Good quality cleaning, quick service, quality alterations, can’t really ask much more from your local cleaner.

I brought my Balmain shirts, chrome hearts hoodie, shirts and pants here to get cleaned as I usually do. They literally burned the designs of my shirt and hoodie to the point that it started cracking. I checked my pants are are worth $1000 and found the same dirt spots on them and they still smelled like my perfume. They were never cleaned only pressed and given back to me. I went back to have them open a claim to get my very expensive items replaced and they denied of any wrong doing or mishandling my clothing. She actually told me I wore my clothes and blamed me for ruining my own clothes. She however offered me a free cleaning and said next time I will get a free cleaning as well. This place is HORRIBLE and they don't take care of your clothes like they should and when they damage something they don't care, don't replace it nor do they take responsibility for ruining your items. I will never go back into this dry cleaners again it's HORRIBLE this people are terrible business owners.

I paid $35 for 4 shirts to be dry cleaned. 2 of them have stains like this. When I first went to pick up she told me to leave this shirt so that they can try again. Only to go back and realize they didn’t try and clean it again.Truly remarkable to me that they can charge for a service only to not have it performed. And the receipt did not say anything about not guaranteeing to remove the stain. Absolutely terrible service. Will never go back.

I am short (under 5 ft) so I need to get pretty much everything hemmed or shortened. Over the years I have brought dozens of pants, dresses, and shirts to Annie to get altered. She does a really wonderful job. The thing I like the most about the way she hems the pants is that she will taper to keep the original shape, even when taking several inches off the bottom, and she also tries to keep the original hem as much as possible. This is important with jeans and denim to keep the original look. She is also very sweet and makes you feel like an old family friend. I highly recommend this business, especially with COVID impacting local businesses so much. And speaking of COVID, they are very conscientious of taking necessary precautions. They have a barrier up, wear masks, and sanitize often.Service: Alterations

First time writing one of these but saw these other reviews and wanted to share my own experience. Been coming here the past two years or so and can't see myself changing cleaners anytime soon. Annie is nice and friendly and always remembers me on the phone or when I come in. My clothes get cleaned and pressed. Not sure what else you could ask for. But the alterations are good too. When I tore a shirt cuff on a door handle they sewed it up like new. My wife had a dress hemmed and she said it was perfect. Price is right. Close to the 208. Recommended.

Absolutely terrible customer service! They lost the belts for 2 VERY EXPENSIVE dresses that are now unwearable and she made no apologies or any offer to reimburse me in any way. She told me to double and triple check and insisted there was no way she could possibly lose them! I have been a loyal, active customer for 12 years and she took ZERO action to maintain my business other than insisting that I double check my closet. Cheap, cheap, cheap!!! What a bad way to do business.

The lady behind the counter was so excited that I was a new customer and she made me feel very welcome. She inspected my suit before I left and she found a stain and a ripped seam. For a great price I got it fully cleaned and she fixed the seam beautifully. They are open later than most so I can make it there after commuting home from the city. I had a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be going back.
