I was also told that there was a sale the next day so that in lighted me to the next day it was not my first purchase and Raymour has there out protection plan, they don't farm it out like other stores do. You call them and they come out.”

I suggested the tag of the box I bought be removed and placed on the untagged box but salesclerk said no but then after my purchase she asked for my tag and then placed it on the box. “Excellent sales person who helped me immediately, the umbrella I wanted was in stock, on sale, and I brought that home. The Tivoli love seat I ordered will be delivered next week. However the cushions on sale for the loveseat were not available in stock in the beige color I wanted, so I have to wait until July, and that I’m not happy about. There were two in the store, but they could not be sold as they needed them for display. However, the sales person was excellent - it’s not her fault merchandise is not in stock or available in a reasonable amount of time.”
