If I could give a zero I would. The person behind the counter had nails so long she couldn’t log into the fed ex app. Absolutely ridiculous terrible service.

Rude and dismissive.FedEx return provided QR code and labels. Store clerk said their system is not working a d they do not take QR codes anymore but will take labeled packages. I showed them the labels and they told me they do not have tape and pointed to the isle to purchase my own.

This is a drop off only. If you are looking for a place with full service (boxes etc) look elsewhere. Frustrating that within such a dense area there are not more FedEx locations like there are UPS locations.
