Everytime I look at the cheap tanzanite stone this jeweler put in my ring, I am disgusted. This was over 10 years ago. I had a beautiful antique diamond ring and I wished to replace the stone. They put in a cracker jack box tanzanite stone. I saw it the other day in my jewelry box because I never wore it. People are even more disgusting these days. I would bewate!!!!

My husband and I went to Devon Jewelers to have my engagement ring made larger due to swelling from a medical issue.We had the privilege of working with Kathy and by the time we left the store, we decided to reset my Diamond in a magnificent new updatedSetting for my 25th Wedding Anniversary.It was a sincere joy to be a client of Kathy at Devon. We had no intention of resetting my ring however with Kathy’s expertise and endearing personality, we made the decision.There are no words to describe the outstanding experience we had and how excited I am to wear my new ring.There are no words to appropriately articulate how beautiful my ring is and we are already making plans to reset my diamond necklace.

Excellent customer experience here. Needed to update some jewelry appraisals and I found Dawn after an extensive search for a qualified appraiser in New Jersey. She was fantastic; a true expert in her field. And she also restrung (hand knotted) a 40 inch set of pearls that were quite old. Not only that, she offered some tips of the many ways they could be worn. Way over and above. The entire store is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. This is the only place I will go for my jewelry repairs and appraisals.

Amazing customer service! I was looking for a specific style after my ring was stolen. They remotely helped me pick out a ring. Being that there is no store near me they offered to help over text. That was amazing!!! Thank you so much!!!

I have been a frequent customer of Devon Fine Jewelers and alway pleased with their customer service, professionalism and skill. But recently they have surpassed my expectations. Val and Jennifer are not only magical but friendly and always so lovely to work with. Val worked with my husband and I to reset my engagement ring. Val is honest, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. My ring came out gorgeous and we are so pleased. Side note: sometimes I just got get my ring cleaned so I can hang out and chat with these two wise, funny and friendly ladies

I have had a few pieces re-made here as well as purchased a new engagement and wedding ring when I destroyed my own set. My husband got his platinum ring sized and it is perfect. The store has a lot of different and colorful pieces and is not like a typical store, so it is a joy to be there.

I just reset my engagement ring at Devon Jewelers and it’s absolutely stunning. Anthony was extremely informative and helpful in choosing a beautiful new setting. He let me choose from tons of options to create my custom ring and was able to answer all my questions. I also trusted him with my diamond and trust means a great deal to me. I visited several stores looking at settings and nothing compared to what this store had. I highly recommend this jewelry store!

I have been buying my wife and sometimes my daughter jewelry at Devon for 20? years. They love the interesting and often unique pieces I pick out for them there. Covid or not, it will be time for another visit soon.
