Nurse scheduled me for earwax removal. I have a double ear infection! A few hours before appointment she canceled it!!! No other appointments for 5 days!! CVS minute clinic is a joke! How do you advertise for healthcare and not have the coverage to help people? While I waited for 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start .. hearing the nurse and patients mother laughing and chatting while I waited in pain in both my ears.

Every time I go they never have the prescription ready even though I’ve been told on the phone that it would be ready. It’s almost like it won’t be ready until you show up, get mad that you wasted your time in a 10 minute line only to be told it won’t be ready for another 15 minutes. And the funny part is they do this to a mother of 2 under 2! How am I supposed to have my 2 yr old and baby wait another 15 minutes? I wouldn’t have come in if it wasn’t ready. This happens every time. Highly DO NOT recommend. Taking my business elsewhere finally after this happened for the 10th time.

Made an appointment at this pharmacy for the monovalent booster. Canceled the day before. Continuously checked and finally got to someone who said they have it. They want you to make the appointment again. When you go to vaccinations the store does not come up. They are fully booked and want you to go to another pharmacy. Not seem to be helping seniors with solutions as to when you can get it.!!! Poor service to customer!

Melissa did everything she could for us to get medication for my brother-in-law who just got out of the hospital, she is a saint. Always have a great experience here with the pharmacy!

Get to the pharmacy at 8:58pm on a Friday night when they closed at 9pm, and they tell me they are closed. It would have taken 1 minutes to get my medicine. They are horrible.

Extremely unhelpful and rude and dismissive at the pharmacy!!!. The pharmacy is only busy because there are few pharmacies around otherwise ppl wouldn't use this pharmacy. I know the pharmacy is overworked and I'd like to give them a pass but my medication isn't cheap and it would be nice if they would be kind. There is also a "mgr" up front that has been rude in the past as I've overheard her speaking to customers ringing up their own items. We as customers have been properly trained on cvs cash registers! This store stinks!!!

Attempted to get the Covid Booster, despite no one waiting I was was informed by Melissa R., in far less than friendly tone, I needed an appointment. I tried pointing out there was no one waiting but she shot back in the same tone I needed an appointment. She could use some customer service skills training.

I had a great experience with Kim who is an all around asset to this CVS on Franklin Avenue in Wyckoff NJ. This was a Saturday 10/22/22 2:00 pm. And the store was extreme busy. There were 3 of us at the photo station just trying to navigate through out cell phone library and somehow transfer what we needed to the TV screen to print. Kim knew when she could spread her busy time behind the register and help us. She was patient and sweet and helpful. She got the 3 of us all strangers what we needed to do and accomplish. She was was nice and she knew we did t have a clue how to do what we wanted and we laughed and got through it . If I ever have to do photos again I will want Kim to be there and if it’s her day off I will wait for her to be in cvs to help me ! Am amazing experience .

This has got to be the worst pharmacy to deal with. I just waited 29 minutes on hold to speak to the pharmacy. After waiting I called on another phone to ask the manager to tell pharmacy to pick up the phones. Finally , they did answer after 31 minutes on hold. Her answer was, we are very busy. This is not the first problem with this pharmacy. I've called to refill a prescription and they tell me it will be ready in half hour and I go to pick it up after 5 hours and they say it was never refilled. They were busy. Not the first time this has happened. It's my fault because I keep going back. I will never use this pharmacy again. There is always Walgreens I can go to up the block.
