When I am having to pay more for my drugs because of my deductible, they sometimes apply a coupon to cut my costs. They are extremely helpful and efficient over the phone as well. I could do without the music in the background when I'm on hold, but otherwise they are fine.”

“I had a great experience with Kim who is an all around asset to this CVS on Franklin Avenue in Wyckoff NJ. This was a Saturday 10/22/22 2:00 pm. And the store was extreme busy. There were 3 of us at the photo station just trying to navigate through out cell phone library and somehow transfer what we needed to the TV screen to print. Kim knew when she could spread her busy time behind the register and help us. She was patient and sweet and helpful. She got the 3 of us all strangers what we needed to do and accomplish. She was was nice and she knew we did t have a clue how to do what we wanted and we laughed and got through it . If I ever have to do photos again I will want Kim to be there and if it’s her day off I will wait for her to be in cvs to help me ! Am amazing experience .”
