I have been dealing with this company and Jim for 5 years. When everyone else said to trash my laptop, he fixed it. Recently I bought a HP laser printer from eBay. He had it up and running on my WiFi in no time. He was also very reasonable.

I should have gone to Choice first. Would have saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation. Jim was able to determine the issues and resolved all of them. I was very pleased with the service and the honesty. Very fair prices. It is refreshing to be able to hand over personal and work units and feel confident and assured the job will be done correctly. Highly recommend and very satisfied.

I work for my brother who uses an old computer program and it began having issues. Took it to 4 computer repair shops that gave up. One shop kept it for two weeks and passed it by ever tech that worked there. I actually felt sorry for them they worked hard but became frustrated….. I finally took it to Choice Computers. He is very professional, knowledgable, and has the hands on experience and fixed it in two days. Never wasting my time or money anywhere else!!

My problem.... I downloaded a program that was spam. Called Choice Computer in the morning, and by the afternoon, not only was the problem fixed, it was fixed at a fair price. Jim also installed a much better computer protection program. He Saved the Day!! Don't waste toyr time looking for someone to fix you computer's problems. Contact Jim!

I highly recommend Choice Computer Services. Jim was awesome!My printer was only two years old but out of warranty. It would have been $300 to replace it and HP basically told me I was out of luck.Jim diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and got it working again for a fraction of that.He's truly an honest professional who takes a great degree of pride in the work he delivers. A pleasure to deal with.

Jim is great!! Step by step, went through the whole process of what he needed to do to save everything on my hard drive.. He cleaned everything, added more memory, added a back up system which now backs up all my work in case there is another crash all for less then half of what a new machine costs.. My computer is running better now then when I first purchased it! I will bring all my computer work to Jim!

In an industry where its common to hear, "just buy a new product."James Qualliu says, "I can fix that."He provides transparent, responsive service, that beats big name competitors like "Geek Squad" and "Micro Center" hands down.My personal fix was a Lenovo Think Pad X1 Carbon 6th Gen. The screen was displaying intermittently, then eventually completely lost signal. Lenovo said they don't repair past 1 year warranty. Geek Squad said they repair was impossible and wouldn't even look at it. Micro Center told me they would need to hold my laptop for a week to diagnose then another week to fix.James took my laptop, assured me the repair could take 1-4 days depending on the issue, and had it returned next day perfectly functional. He runs a real down to earth business, and is exactly the type of person you want to have take care of your professional or home equipment.

I give this guy 10 stars!!! Super helpful over the phone, solved my internet access problem in minutes and stayed with me the whole time. Knowledgeable professional friendly and patient with my lack of computer skills....I recommend this service highly.....and reasonably priced.

Found them on Yelp and even though it was old reviews gave them a try for my HP X360 that just died. Shut it down Friday night it sat on my desk and Saturday morning it had no signs of life. Nothing not even registering the power cord being plugged in, no light no signs of life even the USB port that has power even when shut down had nothing. He looked at tried to re-solder some of the components check most of the connections and it was dead. So pulled the drive out and transferred all of my info on to thumb stick. Except for my music I brought him my external drive for all of that. All for $125 which is pretty good. He then took time to answer my questions about a replacement laptop. Nice guy, good work, great price, I will use him again in the future cause I am hard on equipment.
