“This branch went above-and-beyond for me so I feel strongly about leaving a 5 star review. I had an issue two years ago (Feb 2022) that no one at TD could resolve-- it was extremely frustrating (the person I was dealing with back then no longer works at this branch). Then in Jan 2024, I casually mentioned the issue to the Godwin Ave bank teller and he gave me the correct contact at Unclaimed Property... who then finally sent me on the correct path to get a check that was owed to me. Rasheeda Kamar was then amazing to work with -- and she followed through with everything (and even sent me reminder emails). Rasheeda was the gold star but I need to also give credit to the entire Godwin Ave branch (the current employees who work there now). Thank you for recovering my funds and thank you for being so nice about it.”
“I can't say enough great things about this branch (Geri in particular) I actually shared my entire beyond positive experience there with both Twitter customer service and a survey from Chase Bank themselves within the last 24 hours so no need to get into it again but the service and entire staff here are absolutely exceptional. Long story short I didn't have my glasses with me and couldn't see the screen while opening a savings account (didn't think I'd need them because of how far one is from the screen due to Covid precautions which didn't cross my mind!) Then let's just say an entire situation that required a lot of patience and composure ensued and Geri didn't miss a single beat!”
