I searched around a few different jewelers in the area and stumbled upon this gem! Laura was outstanding as was the rest of the people at Adrian. I felt comfortable telling Laura exactly what my fiancée wanted for her engagement ring and went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect and met my deadline and budget. We’ll be back and highly recommend !

I came to the store to have some links removed from a “faux designer watch.” Not only was I charged $20 to remove 4 links,but I had to go back because it was not done properly. I also felt extremely uncomfortable during my time in the store because the salesman not only asked me from across the store if the watch was indeed real, but he proceeded to write “faux designer watch” on my receipt. Additionally when I went back to have the links done properly, I could hear him talking about me to one of his associates. Terrible customer service—there was absolutely no need for the salesman to even question whether or not the watch was indeed faux, all he needed to do was remove links. Take your business elsewhere. Extremely dissatisfied.

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! Beautiful selection of jewelry - I found exactly what I was looking for. They also managed to repair a damaged ring that I thought might be unsalvageable - quickly and at a very reasonable price!

The owner, Laura, was extremely nasty to me a few years back. Besides the obvious price gouging going on for subpar jewelry, the overall patronizing tone was enough to drive me over to Amazon for jewelry prices.

Stopped in today for a little watch adjustment. The lady at the counter was super friendly. She adjusted my watch and refused to take any money. She said just “come back”. At a time when it seems like customer service has dropped off it’s refreshing to see there’s businesses that still value the customer. Definitely will be back.

AMAZING customer service.. I went in with a custom request for engraving and they turned it around in hours! what was a big ask for not having purchased the item through them, they didn't hesitate to help and make it happen. I truly recommend :)

I was looking to have my engagement ring reset. I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn’t quite sure how to accomplish it. I met with Laura who is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She explained the process and we worked together for the best outcome. She never tried to upsell me. From the moment I walked into their store they greeted me and took the time to get to know me. They are truly wonderful. I am so happy with the final result. A customer for life!
