Completely not stocked for any forms, lady couldn't find one at first for customs. Customer service is extremely slow, and she wouldn't send out my letter until I had my customs form done (which I couldn't fill out beforehand because there weren't any stocked!).

I had the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a post office with Elba, the absolute NICEST and KINDEST postal employee!! Elba is friendly, helpful and super efficient, delivering service with a sunny attitude! In spite of my arrival close to closing, she assisted me with a passport renewal, had me laughing and out the door so quickly. I really cannot say enough about what exemplary customer service Elba provided. All postal employees should be trained by Elba -- give this wonderful woman a big raise!!!!

The lady at the front desk was rude. I needed to get a PO Box and she acted as if I was bothering her. Poor customer service. Convenient location next to base.

If there was a choice to add a review with zero stars, I would. Rude, unintelligent staff who can't manage to speak to customers with proper decency. Can't even accomplish a simple overseas mail request.

First I have say the staff at this post office are wonderful. My mail deliver the post master to the clerks at the post office are very helpful. Today they went above and beyond . I greatly appreciate it.

My wife is a Japanese local national so english is her second language. As she tried to send a package home to Japan for Christmas, she was mocked, yelled at and made fun of for her broken English and accent. She understands English so she knew what they were saying. She came home in tears, I will not allow this to happen again. Ill be visiting this location soon to speak to the manager and seek an apology. The customers were doing the same and they should be ashamed of themselves.
