Not only did he do an amazing job repairing the bodywork and the frame, but he blew us away with awesome customer service and the way he took care of her car.The other driver was at fault, and their insurance was awful to deal with. John ran interference with them the entire way. I felt bad for the amount of extra administrative work they made him go through, but he made sure we didn't feel the effects of it.John goes above and beyond. I called them for an appointment to get an estimate and was told that I could bring the car right away.I met with Alexa and she assured me that they could deal with my insurance and get everything fixed promptly.Within 1 week, the car was fully repaired and all of the cost was covered by my insurance (less my deductible).
