Halloween candy is all lumped together with the buy one get one candy. Very confusing, somehow I don’t think it is accidental. Reese buy one get one is only for the 9 Oz size.

I've always been able to talk with a pharmacist with no problem about any questions regarding my daughters medications over the phone. But now with their new updated automated phone system I cannot speak to anyone after I have went through a ton of prompts. I have to leave a message now and they will call me back within an hour which is absolutely ridiculous!! I'm totally aggravated with CVS. They have really gone done hill and I haven't been happy with them for a long time now. ??

The phone system here is the most selfish and employee focused system ever. So because employees that get paid for customer service don’t feel like answering phone calls we have to call and leave a voicemail and wait at least ONE HOUR for a call back for a very simple question to be answered. Frustrating is an understatement.

Slow! Requested a prescription and 1.5 hrs later still not filled. Told it was still being prepared .. but didn’t see any activity .. just a couple of people that were eager to close down foe the day.

I personally have always had a great experience here with their pharmacy. They are quick to transfer my scripts over, they answer the phone when you call, they're polite and answer any questions you may have, and they're always well stocked. I'm happy my insurance accepts them so I can use them as my pharmacy going forward.

The customer service at this CVS is HORRIBLE!! I called the pharmacy inquiring about my medication, however the young lady who answered the phone spoke to me in a rude manner. When I asked questions pertaining to my medication, she cut me off from speaking and put me hold. Also, the Pharmacist Brian was just as rude. He preceded to speak to me in the same rude and unkind manner. There is no priority for patient satisfaction at this pharmacy. I’ve worked in Healthcare for over twenty years and this is unacceptable on all levels. Would never recommend this place.

I went yesterday to find information about covid procedures (testing and vaccination). A black hair woman at CVS was rude with me. Her voice has a strong, robotic volume. She found the information however she was responding with a beaten tone of voice. The customers (patients) do not looking for a bad treat. Stop! do not repeat any more this bad attitude, all persons deserve respect.CVS and its staff, please keep in mind your work and kindness is important. If you don't have kindness, you could find a job at Firestone or maybe in a warehouse.Thank you.

Pharmacy is by far the worst ever. Always out of meds. Shrug their shoulders at you when asked when to expect medicine.
