Always help my puppies...
Also all the girls at the desk and assistants are all so nice and caring too.”
“I just want to start off by saying I have never had a dog before in my life and when i found my dog i did not know what to do or how to take the proper care of her. Dr Mike and his staff helped me since day 1. The last 8 years they have been there and squeezed me in when i needed to come in. Not only is Dr Mike very knowledgeable and kind but he has such patience’s for all animals especially the nervous ones. My dog Chanel was defiantly a nervous one. In June she crossed the rainbow bridge and i couldn’t thank Dr Mike and his staff enough. From showing me since kindness and patience’s to giving me the time i need to say goodbye. This was one of the hardest things i ever went through. I miss her everyday. No matter where i move i will always take my pets to dr mike. That drive is worth it. Thank you again to his amazing staff and to Dr Mike.”
“My daughter and I had to bring our beloved cat Tiger here to say goodbye. He was only six years old and was struck by a severe and sudden illness that saw him go from a vibrant healthy cat to barely able to sit all within about 36 hours. The staff and Dr were so caring and helped us through the process. They made the extremely difficult decision a bit easier. The process was dignified and peaceful. I will miss my buddy and be forever grateful to Del Val for their help. They truly are the best around.”
“Every time we need to bring our pets here, our visits are always extremely thorough and attentive. We even moved away from the area a few years ago but both my husband and I feel the extra drive there is beyond well worth it since the continuous service and care blows away any other place we’ve tried! :)”
“Very helpful in a scarey time of need. So happy they put me @ ease with my panic over thinking I may have accidentally poisoned my dog. Thank you Beier Vetinary. You were right,he's doing fine.”

The doctors take you seriously and don't try to upsell you on things you don't need. Last night our older beagle broke two teeth knocking into something and all vets were closed. I called tri county and their answering service picked up. It was such a relief to speak to a real person who assured me it would be okay and took my information. When they opened at 8am (much earlier than any other vet around) I called again (nervous dog mom) and it turns out I interrupted the receptionist calling me to set up an emergency visit! I couldn't believe how responsive and attentive they were for a dog I hadn't even brought in yet! Within an hour my wife had our dog in their offices and the whole appointment took 20 minutes. We left with medication and our very sleepy girl. I cannot tell you how relieved our whole family was that she came home quickly. She is asleep on the couch getting lots of cuddles and I am sitting here feeling so blessed to live five minutes from this office. Truly an amazing and compassionate group of people. Also- incredibly affordable for an emergency visit. I would have emptied my bank account to keep my girl safe, but I didn't need to. My only wish is that my dogs needed cheaper medication but I'll take it up with them”

301 Bridgeton Pike, Mullica Hill“I've been going to RVAH for over 10 years. They are competent and caring professionals. They've taken very good care of a cat and 2 dogs now. I read the full reviews of the 3 people who gave poor ratings. One said they hung up after waiting (a whole) 5 minutes on hold and were indignant about having to wait to be seen once they arrived when they were granted an emergency appointment for their pet that wasn't even a patient normally at the hospital. Apparently they were so rude and belligerent they were denied service. As a nurse I can empathize with staff having to deal with that gem of a family member of the patient. #2 was mad the doctor had to postpone a neuter because of the dog's dental issue needing to be fixed first. Number three was pissed they needed to make an appointment to have their dog receive medication. How many doctors you know treat patients without seeing them first? Vets don't have crystal balls. Vets are DOCTORS of animal medicine. Just like people, sometimes pet appointments don't go as planned because they find things unexpectedly that take priority or take longer than planned. It's a hospital, not a hair salon or a fast food drive thru. Do you want good thorough care or an assembly line? If it's good thorough care then take your furbaby here.”

392 Kings Hwy, Woolwich“Update below:
My dog was their patient for 13 years and when I called to have my dog euthanized because he was dieing from lack of air due to cancer, I was told they couldn't see him that day but I would have to make an appointment and they didn't have any opening until the next day. I told them he wouldn't make it to the next day. They have no compassion for your pets. Called another vet and they said bring him right in. Never made it to the vet he passed away at home.
Update to this review:
My dog's doctor, Dr. Robinson, and staff were extremely apologic the way this situation was handled so I decided to give them another chance with my other dog, who is diabetic and has a bad heart. The doctor and staff are extremely friendly and caring for my dog and I am pleased now and give them 4 stars.”
