We're new in the area and found very helpful reviews. Called and made an appointment for our 2 pup's and they accommodatednus right away. We really liked the staff, so friendly and kind.

Probably good doctors but terrible customer service the lady on the phone was so rude. I told her I don’t have a regular vet and she got annoyed and I could hear the attitude in her voice. GO TO A URGENT CARE I DONT HAVE ANYTHING OPEN TODAY! Just didn’t sound friendly at all. I wanted to set up a appointment for another day and she didn’t even give me a chance to ask just basically sounded like she didn’t care

My dog could not be seen because there was no time for her ! Thank god for the veterinarians at St Francis who referred me to Providence animal services in PA who were there for us and did her surgery right away she had pyametra which could have potentially taken her life

I like the Dr. He is very knowledgeable and explains treatment thoroughly. The only problem is that he will only clip my dogs nails under sedation . Even though she was wearing a muzzle. But he explained it would be less traumatic on my dog who hates to go to the vet.

Awful place. Only has curbside service which means they don't allow humans to go inside the clinic.Took my puppy in for a routine checkup and they had me wait outside; fine but I expected them to take care of my girl.During the checkup I looked through the outside window and saw them yank my puppy when she wouldn't stay still during the examine.They also have the worst attitude and wouldn't answer any of my questions. This vet is NOT PET FRIENDLY and I would not trust them again.

Our little farm wouldn't be the same without Dr. Decker and his group. They are very professional, very friendly and will go the extra mile for any of their patients. Highly recommend

My Dad trusted them with his pet. I recently became a client, everytime I go there are plenty of customer sharing there stories of how much they love it here. I can agree with them I haven't had any problems with my pets going here. They are very upfront about costs before you make an appointment. Try them out hopefully they are taking new patients.
