Palace laundromat is by far the cleanest laundromat I’ve been to in the area. The attendants who do the wash and fold service do an amazing job of following any specific instructions. In my experience, clothes have always been ready when I expect them to be. I like this laundromat so much that even after moving out of town, I make the trip every time I need to do laundry.

This is by far the neatest and quiet mist pleasant laundromat I’ve ever been to! I love the staff they’re very friendly and helpful. Prices are great too! Parking was a breeze! It did start to get crowded later, I got there at 8am on a Sunday. This will be my spot until I can use my washer/dryer in my home me!

I discovered The Palace Laundromat a few years back and enjoyed the loxation, cleanliness and management . It was a great place to go, get all of your laundry done, fast and efficiant machines as well as pleasant staff. I have also engaged the owners Parrick and Marco, who were pleasant and welcoming.Sadly, 2 weeks ago, I made my regular cisit there and found a number of negatives. First, the overall tone was dirty, unkept and neglected. There was trash in random spots, tops of washers diety and stained. Trash was left in barious places without attention. The prices went up, not an issue by itself, but with the remaining issues, it is not good. The staff seemed to be reduced as well, giving less attention to the issues.The dryers were also over occupied, with cloths being left there by absent patrons. Dryers were finished, occupied and done and yet the patrons were not there to get their cloths, impacting courtesy for the others who needed them. There were long periods where there were no dryers available to use, and no attention being paid to those not retrieving their dried cloths. Overall, the above issues have created concern for future visits. I was a regular customer for a number of years but value availability of machines as well as prior cleanliness as major factors in returning. Also, there is one handicapped parking spot that was constantly being occupied by non tagged vehicles. This practive went on for a few hours with no management attention, causing those who need the closeness of the door beyond reach. The palace was once a 5 star, but has dropped to a 1 0r 2.
