Bought 755i avant great experience.Bought a grapple other then avant grapple new. Recieved grapple would not rotate. Brought machine back to them on Tuesday was fix by thursday company that sold me grapple installed incorrectly. Matt an invaluable member of northeastern associates was on it like a dog on bone. Great customer service

I had Northeastern repair and service my chipper. Their attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. They didn’t miss anything on my unit. The chipper runs better now than it ever did. The store was fully stocked with anything you could need for tree work. I definitely recommend them for repairs and service!!
