Bought 755i avant great experience.Bought a grapple other then avant grapple new. Recieved grapple would not rotate. I had Northeastern repair and service my chipper. Their attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. They didn’t miss anything on my unit. The chipper runs better now than it ever did. The store was fully stocked with anything you could need for tree work. I definitely recommend them for repairs and service!!

Zero stars. This business has had my machine for one month and it hasn't been looked at. My husband depends on his equipment and has been sitting around waiting for Vince to call him. Beware before you establish a relationship with them. No northeastern
