“Mateo was exceptional in helping me find wall unit air conditioners for my house. This was difficult because of the unique size and older models my house had. I looked online at several places including PC. I decided to use the live chat. Mateo was so helpful, thorough including having me send pictures of the current models and outlets. In all it took a few hours to determine the right model. He was so patient and helpful throughout including providing a detailed quote and installation with haul away. I will always reach out to him moving forward because of how helpful and the time he took to help me find what I thought to be a difficult unit due to the dimensions.”

I have been to 8 different furniture stores, including big name brands, and I have to say none of them stood out to me like Modani. My experience with Mateo Mislov has been excellent. He was extremely helpful, patient, and advised us on different styles my wife and I were looking for in our new home. When we hit a little road bump on the delivery, Mateo was prompt, professional, and went out of his way to met our needs. He is absolutely the kindest and most professional salesman we encountered in any furniture store. We bought the Thompson sofa and the Nava dining table here. They are both aesthetic and practical. The sofa has to be the softest and highest quality leather sofa I ever sat on. I highly encourage all buyers to give this store a try. You will not regret it!”

I understand I didn't spend millions, but I paid immediately when I was in the store. I don't think it's so much to expect the same consideration from the store when I know when I need the delivery. I was left to make my own arrangements for removingthe old furniture instead of the store trading out the items. I held up my end - payment and removal plans. I deserved the same consideration after the store got my money. Mr. Webb was great so I wish he'd been able to help me start to finish instead of these other people.”

“Came to Mattress Firm after a bad experience at another store shopping for a mattress. We were immediately greeted and helped by Rahmir. He explained our options and was extremely helpful. Didn't feel rushed or pressured the entire time. A couple months later, the mattress we purchased ended up being defective. We submitted a claim which was an easy and quick process. Upon coming back to the store to get a replacement, Jeremy helped us and he was great as well! Really good experiences with the associates in this store around, highly recommend!”
