Fast and friendly. Never went there and never had a non smile from everyone there. It’s does get very busy so I would recommend making an appointment online. Care and treated with respect all the time.

I am giving 5 stars to reflect the quality of service I received from my phlebotomist Monica, who found my difficult vein so easily and professionally one day after the woman who tried to draw my blood in my doctor's office failed miserably while sticking the needle in directly after touching the area with an ungloved finger. Monica is everya phlebotomist should be - skilled, pleasant, basically a pro!
I do have a caveat for this particular location, however. Even if you have a 7am appointment, do not count on accessing the LabCorp office at that time. Apparently the cleaning staff are supposed to unlock the building by 7 but are regularly late in doing so. Today the building manager opened the building at approximately 7:20 am. One woman who was understandably irate complained to him and he told her the building opens at 8am, which is patently untrue, given that LabCorp opens at 7am. Further, he and the woman got into an "only in Jersey" type of swearing match. The insults were absolutely flying.
LabCorp corporate, I hope you are listening, as the woman who was arguing with the building manager (I think his name was Ed,) said this was far from an isolated incident, based on her experience of frequent visits. In addition to this inconveniencing people who need to get to work afterwards, it is highly unfair to the staff, who get inundated with upset patients all at once. Some of those patients erroneously blame the staff, who can do nothing to remedy the situation. Whoever in LabCorp has the contract with the owners of the. building needs to make them aware of this situation so that changes can be instituted.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about this place. You HAVE to make an appointment. If you’re a walk in you will most certainly be waiting over an hour. I made an appointment the same day and walked in and out in about 20 minutes. Monica was very friendly and the experience was painless and quick. The office is small and there isn’t much room to wait but you can check in and sit in your car and they will text you. Anyone complaining either had a bad experience with a particular employee or just doesn’t understand the concept of planning ahead.

When the place gets busy, the reception staff can be snippy with you if you do not have an appointment.

I went to the woodland park location on friday May 3rd to get bloodwork for my pregnancy , From the moment I walked in I could just tell that this lady was not feeling her job at all . I had an appointment, I came in and checked in , the lady at the front desk asked for my paperwork I gave it to her and she told me to have a seat , I sat down and then she calls me up and asks me for my paper work , I replied I just gave it to you , she said “ You sure” ? I’m like yes it’s right there & it was laying in front of her by her keyboard . She proceeds to ask me for my insurance I give it to her and she sends me into the lab room . She then comes in to tell me I have a balance of 100$ so I said okay is there anyway I can do a partial payment ? She said no it has to be the full amount ! I said so I can’t pay a certain amount now to get my blood drawn ? She said no we need the full amount . So I Walked up and walked out . I left and called the labcorp in Wayne and asked if I had a balance and I was able to pay an amount was I able to be seen they said yes and told me to come in . So I don’t understand how one labcorp was able to take me with a payment being made which wasn’t the full amount when the other one refused to . She just didn’t want to do her job . Very inconvenient!! You don’t like your job you shouldn’t be working there .

I received excellent care here today. The woman behind the front desk was friendly and timely. The next woman with the cute bob did my lab work quickly and safely.
If you come prepared it makes your trip easier. Make an appointment if you can, check in online, have your script from your doc, your insurance and method of payment and you’re good to go in 20 mins from start to finish.

Office team is probably on something. They really enjoy making people wait and giving wrong orders. Waited over 1,5 hours after check in, she needed everything from the top, on top of it she gave wrong instructions and asked me to call my doctor’s office. Thus while mess was for a basic bloodwork. Overall quality is very low, feels like you’re in Harlem or Bronx somewhere shady.

Seriously understaffed. Made an appointment, came in, and the line is ridiculous. The staff mentioned that they're only working out of one room, which is totally insane. They need help.

Labcorp in Fairlawn was a good visit. Both my girls got all the blood work needed. They were able to pick out their own stickers.
Both My daughters walked out with 16 stickers each. LOL ?? that was their favorite part. As well as getting a bandage that looked like a crayon. It was a successful visit. Thank you to the staff and workers for making it a fun experience to get their blood taken. Have A wonderful Day!!!
Keep up the great work.

I had the worst experience with an employee, she told me i should’ve gone to a location in weekends for kids because apparently arriving at 7:10am on a weekday was to difficult for the employee as in her words she can’t get to us fast enough and then left the blue tag on a baby had no empathy or communication skills and just asked to take it off without telling me then they don’t have the complete blood draw so then Denise had to jump in and was wonderfully communicated and was able to get my daughters blood work when the other employee was aggravated my daughter was a baby crying and that we came in the morning because she was going slowly and didn’t like the inconvenience and telling me to go to other locations when she doesn’t know people’s personal lives throughout the appointment, she was the worst experience and truly made the day terribly!
