Always need to wait long online, they take their sweet time plus not that friendly after waiting

To be honest I only use the ATM machine and use the app, never really go to the tellers, my guess is that they need new staffing/employees that are better equipped for customer service, this is why the reviews come across as negative, and I quote: "Capital One, What's in Your Wallet??"
