Horrendous customer service. They are all robots that follow a script. Could care less about their customers. And they have no relationship with the manufacturer. I’ve had a recall on my car for 14 months and VW credit has done. Nothing about remedy the situation at the end of my lease. I can’t purchase the car certified because of the recall and VW credit won’t extend the lease Because it’s a manufacturers problem.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They took over 30 days to mail my title. When I asked to speak to someone in that sep they said “you can’t contact them, they just do their job and that’s it.”

Sent a payment and form to close out lease services. When the initial form had an issue, they did not contact me to let me know. After waiting two weeks and me ultimately calling, they informed me of the delay. I made the corrections, resent the form via fax, and waited another 10 days. No word or paperwork was returned, so I decided to call them to see what was up. Same thing. There was an issue with the fax quality so they couldn't proceed. Yet they sent no notifications of error or rework being needed. Still one month into the process with no resolution. While not overly rude, they are extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and disorganized; do not work with VW dealerships or Credit if possible.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I leased a car through this company, never missed a payment. The end of my lease was up and I decided to buy my car out. I paid for my car in full, they received my check, cashed my check... and guess what...? They never put it in their system and didn’t send out my paperwork. My lease ended the first week in October, it’s not December 1st and I haven’t received my title. My car registration is up, I can’t renew it without my title, and do you know what the “manager” told me? To drive my car illegally and if I got a ticket they would pay for it. Really?! Save yourself the trouble and get a loan somewhere else. Thanks VW credit for nothing.

Terrible phone experience. No buttons to go back if you click the wrong thing. Means potentially spending 10+ minutes on the phone for a 2minute call.

what's going with VW? sent the payoff cashier's check about 7 weeks ago. No titile or response from them. Tried to call and don't even have the option to wait on line because they were TOO busy. What a terrible experience.

The worst experience, leased a vw and paid ahead of time for 3 years, after the lease was up they charged me for extra miles even though the contract i was handed said 12k miles per year vw credit had a contract in the system a contract that had 10k miles a year allowance. Vw credit in cooperation with lic vw robbed me and i will take them to court! Been going back and for forth for over 6 months with them and absolutely no solution given to me.Never doing business with them again.

They refuse to remove a late payment erroneously placed on my account, even though the account belonged to someone with the same name but lived in another state and payed from a different bank account totally different from mine - and the late payment was from Nov. 2019; the account has since been paid off.

Hands down the worst customer service of any company I have ever tried to give money to - we are in the 5th month of a lease transfer - yes...5 months. There is no continuity, sense of urgency or service. Makes you not want the car after all of this hassle.

Absolute joke. The wait time is so long I should "call back at another time." Really? 5th time I've called over a week period. How about hiring more representatives? Never go with VW --they are the worst. Have leased 5 cars from different companies.By far the worst. Never again.

I called VW in attempt to make a payment plan on a car I purchased back in 2011 the first woman i spoke to Angela was the ABSOLUTE worst CSR you could ask for very rude, wouldn't give me any options other than that I needed to pay it off and when I asked to transfer me to a supervisor I really got fed up so I said I would call back knowing I would most likely get a different CSR.I then spoke to Maria who was literally the nicest and thoroughly explained all of my options and what my next step could be. I then asked her to transfer me to a Supervisor ( ( I forget her name ) but she was also very helpful. So the 3 star really is for Maria and her Supervisor being able to explain my current standing.

If I could give them a negative star I would start there. There incompetence of having the right informations has now costed me a negative delinquent check on my credit score. They claimed to have sent multiple letters and messages to our current address, but we have not gotten one letter. We have been very timely with paying our bills on time. They have claimed to say that they have been sending the bills to the right address when in fact it was going to an address we are no longer a resident of. They fought me tooth and nails, but then we got another letter STILL going to the wrong address. I would never recommend leasing a car or using their credit line.

After years of dealing with VW credit with no issues, this time they messed up big time. New lease as of 12/14. Made payments in Jan and Feb although they kept telling me I owed the money. And yet my bank statement said paid. After 3rd bill I called to find out why they were telling me I owed all this money. Jason said he would check. Came back on line. Said taken care of. Checks had not been cashed??? Although money gone from my acct. I was told a check had been issued to me for the amt. I told them as soon as I got my money back, I would pay them. Which I did. He said I hadn't changed acct number at bank, although in 5 previous leases I never had to do anything. Just would get applied to new acct. Never had a late payment in 15 years. Because of this they screwed up my credit by 76 points. Beyond livid. The girl I spoke with today argued with me that there was no way VW would be able to apply checks to a new acct. Supposedly they have put request into credit which could take 60-90 days. This in No Way is against the dealership which is Langan VW! They get 5 stars.

Awful have called 4 times now 3 times I have talked to people who would tell me all my info and bank info was correct only to get a bill a month later saying the payment did not go through. They are clueless as to why each time. Awful, I am going to have to have my bank send them the money because they have no idea how to collect it from a account.The staff has been all 3 times nice however so I have to give them that.
