The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They took over 30 days to mail my title. When I asked to speak to someone in that sep they said “you can’t contact them, they just do their job and that’s it.”

Terrible phone experience. No buttons to go back if you click the wrong thing. Means potentially spending 10+ minutes on the phone for a 2minute call.
