Rich and his team did a fantastic job. My deck was chipping, had peeled paint and was in need of some TLC. Rich and his team were able to revitalize it and it looks brand new. I'd highly recommend Rich for anyone looking to have their deck redone.

A good experience in home repairs is rare, but this company was excellent. Beyond power washing, they repaired my walkway and front steps, and fixed some other issues with my patio. Rich and his crew take their time making sure things are done right. They don't take shortcuts. They show up when they say they will. They don't complain when things get complicated. They don't price gouge. Everything is detailed and itemized in writing beforehand. Basically, they do everything every company should do, but most don't.

Rich and his team did a great job cleaning and restoring our pavers and Sealcoating our large wraparound driveway. The crew succeeded in cleaning off a bunch of stubborn concrete that prior contractors left stuck on the pavers. Communication was great and service was very timely. Price was in line with other local estimates for the work. Would definitely hire again.

Rich and his crew from PWS just finished maintenance on our deck in June 2022. We live in a very woodsy area with lots of trees. Those trees, and their cycles, combined with the natural occurrences of weather patterns in Bergen County can certainly create a lot of wear and tear on the cedar wood of our deck. Rich, the owner, is literally the Wood Whisperer. We have worked with a few other contractors that do similar work and once we met Rich, we will never use anyone else again. His knowledge about wood is literally scientific. He's also extremely detail oriented, not only in his wood examination (he examines every nook and cranny and angle of the deck), but also in his administrative approach. He is extremely communicative, very easy to get a hold of, always calls back if he doesn’t answer right away, and is available to help answer any questions about the project. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to do a project on their home that he does because no one will take it more seriously or have more knowledge about the process than Rich. His crew are great too. Highly trained and I imagine must be vetted and meet rigorous criteria for Rich to trust them with his name. Always on time, not messy. The job gets done when Rich says it will be done (unlike other contractors who sometimes don't finish jobs or take longer than expected). Rich and his crew are very professional and honest. If you are super focused about your property being in excellent condition, PWS is definitely your go to company!

i can't say enough about how great Rich and his crew were. I called a few companies to have the pavers around my pool cleaned and reset where needed. Rich was the only one to not only return my call, but show up when he said he was going to. He took the time to answer my questions and walk me through the estimate. His crew was here on the day he told me and they finished on the day he told me. They did amazing work. Pavers look like new! I can't say enough about how happy I am with their work! Rich was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. Outstanding overall!

We've just had a wonderful experience with Power Wash Seal of Bergen County and wanted to make sure we pass along our positive comments and strong recommendation of this company and its services. We used them for an "extreme" home wash, cleaning and restoration of a wooden play structure, masonry work and sealing for our driveway, as well as clean up for our blue stone patio. The results were impressive but even more was the communication and professionalism throughout. Rich and his crew provided detailed quotes after walking our property, were quick to make observations and recommendations, and then kept us posted throughout with updates and observations. This is a very well run operation and we're happy to have worked with them.

As homeowners, we deal with all kinds of service companies. But PowerWashSeal is one of the best. Rich takes pride in his company's work and doesn't stop until the job is done perfectly. It's refreshing to have someone care about your home as much as you do. We used PowerWashSeal for the whole house exterior cleaning and paver cleaning/re-grouting. The place looks like new! Richarn Narins was great to deal with, and the prices were fair. His crew cleaned the algae, moss and dirt off my roof, treated it with chemicals that make it last longer and it looks like a brand new roof, he also power washed my steps and walkway. His crew did an excellent job and did a fantastic job of cleaning off the house after the roof cleaning got the house dirty. I highly recommend him and his crew and would definitely use them again!
