At the Woodcliff Lake Nike store, they set a 5 item limit to how many returns I can make in one day and Nicole was very rude she said "just like you guys purchased in bulk, you guys can return it back in bulk online".

When going to the store I know what to expect. The brand speaks for itself. Traveling to a retail outlet it's about the service. I've purchased several items from this location and every staff member I have encountered has been great.

So extremely over packed and understaffed and on top of that i got a rude and dull employee waited online for 30 min for a Return!!! Why not have a line for customer service issues like returns or exchanges

so, i walked in to check out the store. had never been there before, a friend mentioned it to me. i walked in and got a weird feeling from one of the men working there, older guy. he was eyeing me down since i walked in as if he didn’t trust me. i grabbed to things and went into the dressing room and sure enough it’s as if he was waiting for me to come if with merchandise on to steal because he was literally waiting for me outside of the dressing room. felt very uncomfortable, felt watched my time there. apart from that when i checked out the younger lady was super sweet and very very nice. just wish i was being watched my entire time while being there •~•

Not sure what kind of irresponsible drop they made earlier today, but on my way to William Sonoma, a bunch of kids went speeding by recklessly running the red and cutting across on coming traffic racing each other to the store. All over a pair of sneakers? Pathetic...could have killed someone!

During the busy Christmas time the staff was helping people individually with such patience and effectively. Smiles on their faces and ready to help but no pressure from them to rush you for a purchase. Take your time and they will still help you when you are ready.

All clothing and hardly any shoes. Don’t even have kids shoes. One small wall section in the back of sneakers. Don’t go there for shoes.
