Purchased a pair of jeans that was 6 days past the return date, the manager wouldn't even try to hear me out about refunding me the money, instead of store credit. I had no idea they changed their return policy , bc typically I don't return things to the gap bc I'm happy with my purchase. The fact that I'm a local resident and shop here often , completely turned me off with how i was handled.

This is a large store. It has a section for every member on the family. There shelves are well stocked. The store is clean. It was also well staffed. Staff was helpful in locating what I needed.
