Purchased a pair of jeans that was 6 days past the return date, the manager wouldn't even try to hear me out about refunding me the money, instead of store credit. I had no idea they changed their return policy , bc typically I don't return things to the gap bc I'm happy with my purchase. The fact that I'm a local resident and shop here often , completely turned me off with how i was handled.
