New favorite makeup store! I came to this place and had a great experience. Dana, the sales associate, was busy with another costumer at that time, but, she was really nice and polite enough to acknowledge me and let me know she’ll be with me in a second. From the first moment, she helped and suggested me different options of what I was looking for. I didn’t feel pressure to buy anything I didn’t like, like sometimes happens in different stores. I can tell without doubt why Dana is the store manager; she really treats everyone with sympathy and respect. I for sure would recommend this store to my friends and come back here for more goods!

The staff at this place is great! They're super knowledgeable, make great recommendations, and have fun events. I love their promotions, their little gifts and the fact that team members know the products. I'm excited to see that the spa is opening up soon! Can't wait to get a facial. Also, the Osea rep that visits is amazing and knows so much about the Osea products and how to use them. I feel like I always learn something when I visit, walk away with great products, and a few new tricks. This has also become my go to for presents since the products can't be beat and they do a great job of wrapping the gift--whether it's for a birthday or house-warming. Glad to have this place close-by.

I visited there 3 times. Every single time, saleswomen were SO snobby and looking people down. All 3 times they started helping me at the beginning but in the middle of their help they told me that they will be back and never came back. When I realize they are just chatting with other sales women. I shopped their since they carry my favorite products and also I live in the same town and convenient but I feel much more comfortable shopping at the department store. This company definitely needs to train those snobby salespeople how to treat customers.

I went here for a makeup application right before a wedding. The look came out great - glammed up without making me look like another person. Shoutout to Tara who was very knowledgeable, understood what look I was going for and was a great conversationalist!

Horrible customer service...if you ever have to process a return/refund...GOOD LUCK! Would suggest you avoid, and shop at Sephora/Dept store....never again!

I walked in about 30 minutes before they closed looking to purchase a moisturizer from a skincare line I’ve been wanting to try. Lina was extremely helpful, took her time to answer all of my questions and made helpful suggestions. She was never pushy but happy to share the information on her favorite products and which ones she thought would work for me. I kept apologizing for taking up so much time before they closed, but she didn’t mind at all & still took her time with me. She was professional, fun, knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills. I am really pleased with the products she recommended. The store itself is bright, clean and luxurious. It does not compare to Sephora or Ulta but more like a very spacious Nordstrom or Neiman Marcus beauty counter. I will definitely be back & will definitely ask for her to assist me again when I do. If you stop in, ask for her :-) Thanks Lina!

I come to this store to buy 2 skincare products that I cant buy at sephora. The 2 women in the store totally ignore me upon entering. When I pick up my 2 items that total $250 one woman then comes over trying to blatantly upsell me on more products. That are similar exactly to what I was already buying. So not at all helpful/interesting/ or useful to me. When I told her "no thank you not today" her reply was "well are you sure?" Pretty lame desparately trying to get me to spend more. There were a few more basic things I needed hair, lotion etc but decided to spend my money at Sephora instead where atleast the freebies are better! The "free gift" they were giving out w $125 purchase were tiny little perfume samples, shampoo etc that u usually get for free. Other times in the past there have been friendly/ kind employees. Also, the Trish Mcevoy rep who was there once was great.

It sells a lot of makeup you see in department stores. I like this store better than others, because it is more laid back and not geared towards a younger crowd.

I stopped in here earlier today (huge mistake), while my boyfriend and I were on our way up to CT. When I walked in, an older saleswoman (early 60's would be my guess), was doing a "makeover" on a customers eyes. As I browsed, I could hear the saleswoman say "no, this isn't a good color", then "let me try another one", then "nothing is going to cover those circles up entirely". Very clear she was going to keep going until she found something to sell this poor customer. Also very clear that she didn't know what she was doing (her own look was completely dated - big hair, bad tan, garish bright pink lipstick that only a twenty year-old can wear). And bad attitude. Within ten minutes she had tried five different concealers on this woman. When I passed by them, the poor woman had pale rings of concealer under her eyes. Clearly the wrong color and consistency (not to mention salesperson). I walked up to the customer and said "Benefit Erase Paste". Wellllll......the saleswoman turned the color of a lobster! Of course, Blue Mercury doesn't carry Benefit, so you can see why she got so mad. I also told the woman that very bright red lipstick under her eye concealer will make a huge difference. The saleswoman then snapped "I know all the tricks, and I know about the red lipstick. She's not going to do that every single morning!!!". Keep in mind she said this right in front of the customer!!!! I asked her why she didn't think the customer would take the time to do that each morning, and then guess what happened??? The saleswoman slammed her make-up brush down, told me that since I was such an expert, I could finish her make-over!!! Lol. I kid you not. She then stomped off to the cash register to make fun of me with the other sales woman. The customer thanked me and put the Benefit info into her phone. She said she was so disappointed with the saleswoman lack of being able to do something as simple as find a concealer. I should add, that while I was browsing, another customer came in and said she was told by the staff that "these colors were perfect for her" and got them home and realized they were terrible. So, she was returning items. This was such an awful store to be in. I smiled at both the saleswoman when I walked out and said "thank you, have a nice day". And Norma Desmond imitated me by saying the same thing, in a snarky, sarcastic way. Will never even entertain the thought of ever going back to this store. And corporate is getting a phone call on Tuesday morning, as well. But I will say, the gals at Williams Sonoma right next door made up for it - they were giving out free homemade ice cream!!! And who doesn't love S'mores ice cream on a hot summer day?

I would only come back if I knew exactly what I wanted. It was very uncomfortable being stared down by the Bobbi Brown lady when I went to Laura Mercier after not buying the powder she recommended.
