I have been trying to return a faulty print head for a few months for a refund or exchange. No one ever responds to my plea for help. To be avoided. Not worth the lower price.

Owner Jimmy was beating his girlfriend mercilessly in the street outside of my apartment at 4am got his business from his name and the license plate of the car he kept smashing her head into. Not his wife though. He was cheating on her with the woman he was flat out pummeling at 4am in front of my apartment.
