My daughter's car had a broken key, we called the service department and asked if they could replace it. When we arrived they turned us away because we didn't have an appointment. Second time, we made an appointment to have the key repaired, and they were out of stock. Third attempt, we waited for 2 hours to have the key replaced!! Absolutely terrible customer service.

It was our first time at this dealer. The vehicles are clean. The staff are friendly, but they will not budge on their prices. We found the same truck, color, and model at a different dealership (Sea View Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram).

Took my car in for a recall repair. Received a high level of service and convenience as I would expect from a car dealership.Too pricey for my routine maintenance needs but very satisfying for when I have a genuine need to take the car to the dealership for service.

Hard to schedule an appointment with the service center. And service center staff could be kinder on the phone. Makes me not want another car from them a little. Great car salesmen though!

Friendly employees and great service. Had my transmission replaced by their mechanics and it cost less than any other shop that quoted me and was done in one day. I got my car back clean and driving like new.

Always check before you pay here at Woodbury Nissan. 4th straight time where things weren't done but I was still fully charged. I'll go with the inconveniences/uncertainty of going to a non Nissan shop.
