I was going to a wedding in Georgia in a couple of days, and the zipper broke on the dress I was supposed to wear. I showed up pretty late on a Friday afternoon, and they fixed my zipper, installed a clamp, and sowed it back up right there with no issues. I was anticipating them telling me they wouldn’t be able to fix it in time, so I was so so so grateful that they took the time to help me.

It’s a hit or miss with quality. I use to really like going here but to me over the years. It’s been inconsistent to me and thats a shame because I really liked supporting Simpkins.

One of the few in our area that do repairs. I ordered new nomex uniforms for my job and 1 pair had a snap come off the cuff. Dropped it off and a couple days later it was as good as new. Staff was knowledgeable and very welcoming

This place is open early, before my work shift, and the prices are not too bad. They do a great job and will get your clothes back to you really quick. Wonderful service as well. Thank you for having a business of quality and expertise ?
