Ask them to fasten something that was loose under my car when I went in for an oil change. They said okay and when I drove to work later the entire piece was hanging and dragging on the road. Never again

Would give (-1) stars if I could. Company had my truck for a week. Told me it was fixed, but the service writer said he had his doubts, and wished me luck. Not fixed. Did the same dance with them a week later. They had my truck for a week. They told me it was fixed because 79 degrees is the correct temp for a heated seat. They charged me $800. Wasn’t fixed.Terrible experience. Dishonest. Bad place.

I took my 2019 f250 there for service for a recall. They had my truck all day then called at 4:30 and told me they couldn't get to it. Thought that was the whole reason for making appointments

I brought my car here to get the transmission fixed a month ago and was charged $2000. Now only a month later the problem came right back and I don't know what I'm gonna do. Definitely can't pay another $2000. I really regret coming to Ace ford. When you pay that much money you expect the problem to be fixed!

I came to Ace for a 100K tune-up, brakes, radiator and oil change service. My first impression was positive. Brian and Mark both present a professional appearance, attitude, and an expert knowledge of my Ford Focus Titanium. I had 0800 appointment. Went to Brian's service desk, where he acknowledged me and said he would be right with me. Before he was finished with another customer, Mark stepped up from a faraway station and said he would help me at his desk instead. Mark advised me on a recall issue, and Brian later sat down with me to walk through the required recall questions, prior to the fix. Brian also identified two minor maintenance issues that I was aware of, so added these items to the work scheduled this morning. The service was thorough. Brian recommended a return appointment for a clutch recall, and to replace a part of the front end bumper aerodynamic undercarriage cover that was loose. Ace has a very clean, open concept waiting area that flows into the show room. This really is like bringing a customer into your home, instead of tucking you away into a windowless, cramped waiting area. Very pleased with the customer service here. Reminds me of the quality at Wickstrom Ford in Barrington, Illinois, where I purchased my vehicle.

Do NOT get service done here. I took my car in for front rotors and pads. 2 days later I noticed a noise coming from the front of the car. I took it back to Ford and asked them to check it since it wasn't making that noise before getting work done. I waited 2 1/2 hrs for them to say it wasn't anything they did and gave me a list of work that needs to be done. Well I took it to another mechanic because I didn't trust what they said. The mechanic found that Ford didn't tighten the lug nuts on my tire and the wheel was about to come off. He tightened the nuts and the noise went away. It could have been disastrous if I didn't go see that new mechanic. Do not go to Ace Ford if you need work done. They are not reputable anymore.

I've purchased 2 cars here over the years as well as used the shop for various recalls and warranty issues. Every time it has been a pleasant experience.

Avoid at all costs. I contacted this dealership along with a handful of others to purchase a new F150 & ended up going with Sheehy down in Maryland. That was in November, three months ago & ACE will not stop contacting me about purchasing a vehicle from them; no matter how many times I tell them I've already purchased elsewhere. SO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HASSLED FOR MONTHS TO COME, DO NOT CONTACT ACE FORD!
