If I could give no stars I would. Place is a joke! I work 8-4:30. I broke my foot Monday and was given a script for a support boot. They are the only place I can get to in less than a half an hour (that take my insurance) when I get done work, since all the supply places close at 5 apparently, and every day they close early with one excuse or another, family emergency etc. Today (Friday, 4 days after) was for “the incoming storm” and it wasn’t even raining or anything, I got there at 4:45. Honestly, F¥€k this place!

Went yesterday after failed attempts at other offices. I really appreciated the time spent with me by Chanel and her honesty and kindness. I will be recommending them in the future.

Was at their place of business to get a diabetic shoe and was told that the person was out. After 6 phone calls no one has responded or called me back. I don't think they care

PPS Inc is the best medical supply store in South Jersey. The store is very clean, neat and organized. The staff is amazing, professional and extremely helpful. I am always treated with kindness and respect. Thank you everyone at PPS Inc for being so awesome!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My power recliner broke a few months after purchasing it. I called for service. They do not tell you when they are coming, so you are stuck waiting all day.. They say they are coming back and do not show. Calling Bruce is a waste of time - the man could not be more apathetic about his job. I am sorry I purchased my power reclining chair from them.

Worst company I have ever dealt with for DME needs. They are refusing to fix a wheelchair that they provided for a home care patient of mine despite Medicare stating they are responsible. The gentlemen was arguing with me that Medicare is lying that they have to fix the chair. So crazy. Worst customer service. I asked to speak to the owner and the gentlemen told me he’s hardly ever in and he won’t ever call you back so no point in leaving a message. Guess they don’t need business. I will surely spread the word to my home care patients not to use them. My poor lady is stuck in bed with a broken wheelchair. The gentlemen at PPS basically told me oh well. Not my problem.

I went there after work today to purchase compression stockings. I had contacted my medical insurance before this visit and was told that my coverage provided for two pairs annually and that this store was in my network. I gave my medical card to the man and told him what I was told by my insurance provider. He showed the card to a woman co-worker in the store and she told him that my insurance did not pay for compression stockings. She said this without even checking first. I went home and contacted my insurance provider again. This time they told me what page that i could find that info and sure enough my plan does pay for compression stockings at 100%. I will take the printed page that states my coverage to the next medical equipment provider that I go to, it definitely will not be this place. I just wasted my time stopping here. Do your job and find out for sure just like I did before you deny someone a purchase from your store.
