2000 Clements Bridge Rd, WoodburyKendal and Dr. Morante are the best. My baby had a traumatic week with a tooth injury, and they really took amazing care of him. The whole staff did. They snuggled him after surgery (thank you, Rachel!!) and monitored him before, during, and after. This is a vet office within Petsmart, but the amazing staff gives it small business vibes. Thank you so much for giving my Sammie boy so much love. I felt relieved knowing he was in EXCELLENT, caring hands.
On another note, the wellness plans are fantastic! I wasn’t being upsold and Kendal walked me through every aspect of the plans and what my costs would be.
I’ve mentioned Kendal a lot in this review, because she ROCKS. She deserves all of the raises and bonuses. Truly. Her professionalism and compassion are unmatched. Plus, she’s just downright cool! Kendal, the “Potato” and I are forever grateful for your kindness.
