This post, is YET AGAIN for Ms. JULZ!!! I CAN NOT STRESS HOW MUCH HER service to us while doing our laundry is absolutely "FABULOUS!" JULZ, ALWAYS HAS A SMILE on her face and is willing to HELP anyone in need!! EACH and EVERYTIME I COME IN to do my laundry.....UR STORE IS IMPECCABLE!! THE BATHROOM IS ALWAYS ALWAYS "SPOTLESS!" AGAIN, MS. JULZ, WE APPRECIATE UR HARD WORK/I APPRECIATE UR HARD WORK!!

I came here to try to catch up on the everest sized mountains of laundry that kept getting pushed off in my house. From the reviews was expecting a friendly place but the on duty laundry attendant was extremely rude to me. Started yelling who had the washers I was using. Then demanded that I empty them out so she could use them. My machines couldn't have been finished for more than 5 minutes.
She could use a lesson in customer service.

Racially profiled on my first visit here - woman assumed my boyfriend was “in her office”. He was looking to ask for assistance with a question about our machine. Then began to say “it’s not because you’re black because that’s usually the first thing you all argue”. Management should really remove “customer training” from their website if they have employees who instantly assume people are stealing. Disgusting! It’s 2023!

Dropped my clothes off to be washed and folded. The lady was phenomenal. She even mated some of my socks. Very pleased with the service.

Drove 30 minutes for wash and fold to get there way before 9 a.m. and no one was there working. So don't count on that service.Editing in response to business: Then update your website. It clearly states: "Drop off by 9 a.m. to receive your clothes the same day" under services.
