Very friendly staff. Only complaint is the location is rather tiny compared to the others and the parking is a bit tricky.

I met with Tom. He was knowledgeable, honest and caring. He took my mobility issues seriously when he showed me vans. He gave an informed opinion about retrofitting a car. The others who work there are pleasant and friendly. I felt at ease as soon as I walked in the door!!!

We have been going to Mobility Works in Woodbury, NJ for years now for our wheelchair accessible van. They have a great staff and mechanics. They are very helpful and their service is outstanding... very professional and customer oriented. Going back a couple of years, we had a problem with our door while out of town. Other places could not fix it. This establishment was able to diagnose and fix the problem. We highly recommend them.

We rented a wheel chair accessible van to go to a medical appointment. All the staff were helpful and a pleasure to work with. The training provided was excellent and the all the van’s features worked perfectly. Highly recommended.

I visited this establishment with my father-in-law to get the seat fixed in his minivan. It was an hour and a half drive from our house but the staff there were exceptionally friendly. They had to order the part needed and we returned a week later and they fixed the problem in less than an hour. Once again the staff was extremely friendly and courteous I would recommend this establishment to anyone.
