I hope he doesn't go to Jared, or at least not this Jared.
I went in with a friend to get sized/look into some styles as our boyfriends gave us a heads up to do so. We thought this would be a fun experience- but were very wrong.
I wish I knew the associate's name that "helped" us. She was so rude right from the beginning that I wish we walked out immediately. We walked in, explained we wanted to be sized and she looked at me like I was crazy. "You mean you want to be measured?" Sorry I don't have the correct terminology- but that's what I'm going to you for? Not to feel belittled. She then rushed that process by putting multiple different ring sizes on our finger and pulling them off before we could even feel if it fit right. Then never even gave us a definite size and just said "you're around this size"..................we then decided to step away and look at some rings/diamonds and when we were ready called her over to help. She acted as if we were bothering her but there was only one other couple in the store who was being helped by the other associate. Mid way through trying on rings it began to rain and she made a huge deal about that- as if they were going to close because of rain and we should be heading out? She made us feel so dumb and useless when all we wanted was some helpful information and a fun experience. We left after my friend tried on two rings, and I tried on 0 because I was just so uncomfortable. I will make sure to never return to this store.

Kendall helped me with the inspections of my rings and with resizing them. She was friendly and also took the time to fix my profile to show the rings I have (in order to make sure my warranties are maintained). I appreciated her patience considering I purchased the rings from different stores, so she had to track down my purchases. I will continue to come to this location.

I had an amazing experience with Michelle. I wanted to surprise my wife with another band for our 10 year anniversary but unfortunately the band is no longer being made. Michelle never tried to talk me into buying something different she just made magic and got me the perfect band to match. I couldn’t recommend Jared or Michelle more! Thanks for making my 10 year anniversary successful!
