The experience my husband and i just had was the absolute worst…came in to try on shoes and the attitudes was the main reason why we DIDNT BUY any shoes ….customer service is most important thing that i look for when going to purchase anything !!! The store in deptford mall really need to check their workers because with them attitudes i can lost of money being lost !!!

Worst experience ever at the Deptford Mall in NJ….Do Not Go There!!! nasty, ghetto, disrespectful staff. They have incompetent ghetto youth working, that have no home training or customer service skills. Need new management. Better service at Champs.

We bought clothes (sweatshirt and matching sweatpants) both of them had seams coming apart after first wear. We brought clothes back to get replacements and the staff wouldn’t even look at the clothes and were extremely rude. Will never buy anything from this store ever again. Poor clothing and horrible customer service.

Went to the store located inside of the Deptford Mall. I normally shop here and my military discount is applied. My military ID has expired and so Miss Cristel, the store manager did not honor my discount even though I’ve used it plenty of times in the past. I offered to show her my husbands Government status as a veteran while he was on the phone and she proceeded to say that because we do not share the same last name, she can not apply it. I offered to bring in my marriage license even though at that point it’s gone too far. Still, she said no. I called customer service, they said they would honor the discount after pulling up my purchase history and even by me telling them it has expired. I called Miss Cristel and told her that it was inconvenient for me to have to call customer service and buy shoes just to use my discount. If they are applying it over the phone, why not inside the store? I told her to reach her DM and explain the situation. She claimed she did. I’m sure she did not because there’s no way a DM would say to turn down a customer after all of the evidence that was being presented. I would like to continue to shop here and hope I get a call or email from the DM of this location.

Miserable staff, poor communication skills . Manager needs some anger management as he was making a return. He never mentioned that the exchange would be online and sent to me and I didn't want that. I just asked to get my money back, he gripped the scanner that was in the holder really tightly to where it was creaking.
