Marta - I don't even know where to begin, but THANK YOU seems about right. The support you provided after I plopped ~40 boxes on the counter going out to 30+ addresses with no shipping labels or anything ready to go was so much more than I could have imagined. Above and beyond when it came to customer service AND execution.
To whomever Marta reports to please don't lose sight of the fact that you have an amazing employee and even better person out here in NJ giving FedEx a good name.

This place had everything I needed. I only wanted to send a fax, but found out how hard it is to do nowadays.
The staff was excellent and helpful to all the customers in the store.
I'll definitely go back for my print and fax needs.

We ordered a last minute Christmas gift from a website. We gave the wrong date and the art was off but didn’t realize until we had it printed… The staff edited the art and made it a stress free experience when they could have just said we don’t do that. Thanks guys!!!

The company I work for has used this location for multiple print jobs and they are always pleasant to deal with! Gloria always seems to go above and beyond to get us whatever we need when we order with this location. Would recommended to anyone!

I had an airhead moment today and mistakenly dropped my extremely urgent usps envelope along with a FedEx envelope in the FedEx drop box. The employees here went above and beyond to have someone come out and unlock the box so I was still able to ship my usps envelops in time. Thank you so much to everyone involved in helping me get that shipped today. I really do appreciate it!!

The folks at this store are tremendously helpful! I had a very large item I needed shipped and had hit dead end after dead end trying to find somewhere that had employees willing to help me. Many of the places I called just made excuses because they didn’t want to deal with the size. But the employees at this store were real problem solvers and made it happen!! Can’t thank them enough for the efforts and attitudes! Special shout out to Lori for her excellent customer service on a busy Saturday!!
