These guys are great! One call and less than an hour later had my truck hooked up and towed to the dealership. I waited 6 hours for AAA to send someone, never happened. B&C came through. Highly recommend!

This is a HORRIBLE company with extremely poor customer service. This company is conducting predatory towing and the owner is a rude ugly person with Zero ethics and empathy. My daughter car was towed from an apartment complex less than 10 mins after she got out of her car to bring some food at her friend apartment.. By the time she got back (less than 10 mins) the car was gone. The car was towed at 10:30pm and after calling the them.the lady said it was closed and we were supposed to get it the next day after paying $150. The next day when we went to pick it up, they don’t even have an office is (by appointment only) the lady said we owed $300 dollars and the only payment method they take is cash. The employee who showed up to release the car was extremely rude, screaming to my face and threatening me, to the point I had to call the police. I didn’t feel safe around this guy yelling and screaming. The guy wanted me to pay him the $300 cash for a car towed the night before without showing me a receipt that started when and from were the car was taken. THIS IS PREDATORY TOWING. This company needs to be investigated for those practices. AwfulService: Car towing

Horrible company and customer service. My HANDICAPPED friend’s car was towed in her apartment complex overnight because the sign wasn’t visible. Ok fine, but when she called the lady told her they weren’t open even though their hours say 24/7… And then the owner of the company BLOCKED her phone number so she will have to pay an extra night and go there tomorrow and possibly have police come because now she can’t even get in contact with them. Horrible customer service. You can’t own a business if you don’t even know how to handle conflict without blocking someone’s phone number.

They tow my car had to been at about 7 in the morning (Sunday), I realize it’s towed at 10 am, I call them to get it and they say they are closed. Ok that’s fine but now I have to pay for it to sit there for an extra day, through no fault of my own. That’s beyond predatory. It wouldn’t hurt anyone to come open that gate and give me my car. The extra charge is just immoral smh that should be illegal. My car was also towed for an arbitrary reason, the towing company doesn’t know that though. I’m editing this review to show I was wrong about this company, the complex (presidential court apartments) I live in LIED and put a warning sticker on my car saying that I didn’t have a permit, WHEN I DID. It’s not B&C’s fault, they are nice ppl for-real, I take back what I said.

Terrible tow company. The worst communication ever. Had to constantly call them. I had a vehicle that needed to be picked up right out front of a shop and they wouldn’t even come pick it up. They said the shop won’t answer.. then when we finally got in contact with the shop. The shop owner Called and they said there not towing… What a shittt way to do business!!!!!!
