“I came over here on a Saturday. They replaced my power steering pump the same day. Paul, Frank and Chris were all amazing. I called the next day for a slight whine that the car was making and they had me bring it right. They said everything sounds normal and to give it a few days and the whine will stop. I'm not fully convinced yet that the whine is normal because I know the car and something doesn't seem right but I'm thankful they took the time on a Saturday and Sunday and were accommodating to my needs.
Changed from 4 stars to 5 because a week later I returned because of the noise I was still hearing. They replaced the pump again at no charge and told me to let them know if I experience anything else.”

“This repair team was EXCELLENT. The whole interior of my car smelled like gas, white smoke comingout the tailpipe.They took my car in did the diagnostic, needed two fuel injectors. They recommended spark plugs and wires.had it done in a day. My car runs great now. Love these guys.”

“First Choice Auto Repair and Tire Center offers the best service and customer courtesy. I ordered Toyo RT Trails, but there was a delay in delivery due to the global outage. Ed called me at 2:30pm (on a Friday) to offer Mickey Thompson Baja Boss tires on my truck by the end of the day. Picked up my Truck three hours later very satisfied. As a former Marine, I'm happy to give my money to a business that's a big supporter of the United States Military!”

“Woodbury NJ. Called at 12 got appt for 3. Anthony was very helpful. Bought 2 tires, had an alignment done with an oil change. Sent me pictures of my brake pads and rotors. Which I had asked them to check.
Picked up my car in 3 hours. Will go back for other 2 tires and brakes. Thank you !”
“update to my 12/16 review. I WAS WRONG, I was the dummy, and their deal was fair. We think we know their business, we think we know what our stuff is worth, and we dont trust car dealerships. I say give this family business a try .Zak followed up on my review, called and asked us to come in and talk, wanted to know the problem and explained everything openly and clearly. He actually showed me what I wanted, and I was lookin at the wrong packages for the truck I wanted and would not have been happy if I bought it MY way. We were treated as friends, and actually bought a beautiful truck. I already recommended them to another family member, and they are now my truck guy. They accepted my apology, but now it is public”
