I just bought a new Jeep Grander Cherokee at Pelligrino Jeep in Woodbury Heights. The price was right, and the service was excellent. The salesperson Patrick was excellent and explained everything so clearly. He gave me his cell to call if I needed further instruction regarding all the features of the new jeep. The staff at the dealership was top notch from the very beginning, no pressure and very patient with me being that I was purchasing the vehicle from out of state. It was first time buying a vehicle from another state and they made the experience a pleasant one. Brutal experience with the Jeep dealership. System might be down but at a minimum please return a call. Anthony makes commitments but no follow through. When called back too busy to come to the phone. Apparently his voice mail doesn't work either. Good luck if you go there

The entire service department staff are always pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable when I call for any service needs or questions. I won't go anywhere else with my husband's 2017 Dodge Ram or my 2023 Dodge Durango ?
