I stopped to ask whether they would buy a 14 karat gold bracelet. Briefly, not only did he offer to buy it ( by weight), but made helpful suggestions as to how I might prefer to sell it independently. He clearly went above and beyond and I would ABSOLUTELY buy a piece from him in the future!
