Absolutely the best!!!!! I showed up this morning no appointment or warning. My truck wasn’t working properly and my dashboard had a few lights I’ve never seen before. I was provided the best service and received my vehicle back today!!! Best Service and repair!!! So grateful for everyone there!! Very happy loyal customer for life.

I am so absolutely thrilled with the level of service I receive today at Cottman. After spending a holiday weekend doing some research on why my transmission was acting up I decided to take it to Cottman as a friend Joe from Spectrum tires referred me and I'm SO thankful he did. I called the day before to ask when would be a good time to drop my 2011 wrangler off and Larry (super kind individual) said I could drop it off the next morning at 8am. So I did just that and not only was he there waiting for me the next morning, my Jeep's transmission was repaired just 5 hours later! I was expecting it to cost thousands and be without it for weeks but nope! Not even with all of the supply chain issues, my jeep was back to me SAME DAY! Larry was excellent communicating throughout and I am just THRILLED with the level of service I received today. Not only am I happy with the service I'm confident in prolonging the life of my car because god knows know one wants to buy a car during inflation. Thanks again Larry and the entire team at Cottman, it was an absolute pleasure!Service: Transmission

My Car broke down. A warranty company told me to go here. It was the starter...great they fixed it. 2 weeks later my car broke down while on vacation. The ground wire to the started wasn't tightened properly. Had to pay for a tow truck, $220 to a random Pep Boys and deal with the stress of being broken down in a state i knew nothing about. Submitted a claim because i have a warranty company denied my claim because it had been fixed and i should have taken it to another company. I called them to let them know this...and they were like oh i'm sorry that happened. Didn't offer anything, didn't offer to reimburse me to have it fixed. So yeah just out the 212 + the tow + the time + the original $50 i gave them as a deductible. NOT HAPPY....thought they were great but if this is how they do work and treat customers i'll find another mechanic.Service: Electrical

When the transmission died on my 2013 Escape in Nov 2020, the dealer quoted $6,500 for a "new" (learned later they actually meant refurbished). I called around, got prompt response and a lot of good information at Cottman. They quoted $4,200 - $4,400 for a rebuild. When I picked it up, it was $3,900! Who does that? I mean, they could have said $75 or $100 under the estimate and I would have been very happy. SO HONEST.Fast forward to last week (Mar 2021), battery dead (my fault, don't leave the GPS plugged in and leave the car alone for 10 days). Didn't even occur to me to call anyone else. Arranged the tow and put in a new battery (bear of a job in the Escape). Out the door for $250, didn't charge me for the tow!Ozzy, Larry and Dave are all super friendly guys who really know their stuff. Quality work, fair prices and great integrity. What more can you ask from someone you do business with? Cottman Woodbury Heights has earned my business and my recommendation.Services: Transmission repair

The Jeep's throwout bearings, slave cylinder, clutch, all went at once on a Sunday afternoon. I called them that day and someone answered even though they weren't open and I arranged to have it dropped off that night. Monday morning I had a quote and by Tuesday morning I was driving it. It runs great! Ozzy was helpful and Charlie did a great job! Thanks!
