Two months ago after agreeing on the cost for several items of the jewelry repairs, ( which was already more than what I was expecting) he increased the fee by 25 % when they were ready to be picked up. The repairs were done well but he did not follow the directions/requests for them and he was very argumentative. ..very disappointing experience ..

We have purchased all of our quality jewelry from Zeke since 1990. Recently he repaired some jewelry and it was very reasonable. Honest and trustworthy. With fair pricing!

Update on review !We bought an engagement and a wedding ring from Zeki's Jewelry. What a skillful and honest man. Needless to say my wife was and is Happy ! Gentlemen this is very important ?.Just a few months ago my mother took my wife to her regular gold & jewelery shop in Istanbul. The jewelry store owner noticed my wife's wedding ring and had started telling her that The Diamond cut and clearity is very hard to come by in Turkey and could be only find in the hands of some boutique jewelers.After this experience my wife thinks I secretly spent 10s of thousands of dollars ?.The rings truly looks worth 10s but Mr Zeki was more than fair to me. ??.

We have shopped in many department and jewelry stores before travelling 55 miles south to Zeki's Jewelry. Very trustworthy older family friend told us that " If you don't want to be played and have a Lifetime HONEST Jeweler, we have to go to Zeki's Jewelry. It was worth the drive ! Mr Zeki has Better Quality ( absolutely AMAZING DIAMONDS ! ) stones and elegant ring designs for the same amount money we have been offered before for far less quality and horrible designs. He was NOT pushy and surprisingly didn't get frustrated with us since we were there almost 2 to 3 hours. Mr Zeki treated us we are a family member not just like a customer with fat wallet. I can't thank him enough. I had to write something online and I hope this was helpful to anyone searching for the Honest Jeweller.

Service and Buyer Beware! Don't let your diamonds out of your sight with this jeweler. A few years back I stopped into the Jewelry Exchange WOODBRIDGE. At the time Zeki's was very attentive and anxious for my business. I felt secure that he was a family run business and had years in the business. MY MISTAKE NOT TO CHECK BEFORE choosing ZEKI. He was personable and again, very attentive. AGAIN, MY EXPERIENCE WAS MY FAULT! But NEVER again! Lesson learned and shared. I allowed Zeki's to take in 14 pieces of my bridge and fine jewelry to be repaired/sized and my engagement ring reset.Trusting him I did not check/inspect every single piece at home after pickup as I was hospitalized and going through chemotherapy. I had my husband pickup. While this is I have come to realize my fault BUT!!! If he were trustworthy, he would have INSISTED my husband check at time of pickup and DID NOT! I learned since then that any jeweler I purchased from since then ALL INSIST INSPECTION at time of purchase or pickup! Please learn from my misfortune! When I was released from hospital, I called Zeki immediately to tell him that the 3/4 carat pear engagement ring that he reset into a pendant WAS NOT MY DIAMOND at all! The pendant was sooo tiny. and the diamond replaced by a stone half the size!! He was rude and denied me even coming in! You would think, that bringing in so many pieces that he would remember myself, my husband and my daughter at time of sale. BUT NO! That was NOT the case. To make matters worse!!! I also brought him an antique pear filigree gold ring to be sized, that was not returned. This was a ring with much sentiment from grandparents. I was frantically despaired without resolution because my husband did not check every single piece at pickup trying to get back to me at hospital and care for 2 young children. Needless to say, I really was taken advantage of by this jeweler and would advise anyone to be cautious! I learned NOT TO TRUST ANY JEWELER. MY DIAMONDS WILL NEVER BE LEFT ALONE AGAIN. BE PRESENT! You may wonder why I am giving this review now. My SON and FUTURE SON IN LAW are now BOTH looking for that perfect engagement ring to present to two beautiful young ladies. THEY WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT ZEKI's. I wished at the time I searched for resolution,and still to this date Good Luck to him. BUT HE WILL NEVER GET A POSITIVE REVIEW FROM ME! NOT A RECOMMENDATION or any future BUSINESS! KARMA

I have been going to Zeki for years now. He is a master craftsman, with many unique pieces. I have given him my own designs as well, which he has brought to life. He has a great selection of diamond and precious jewelry at very reasonable prices. He is also someone I can trust, which is very important when making this type of purchase. I recommend him highly.
