We encountered several issues with the wedding band purchased from Diana Labelle Jewerly. Shortly after the wedding, the first stone fell out, necessitating a lengthy drive to the store to leave the ring for repairs. Despite our request for a thorough inspection to prevent further incidents, another stone fell out just four months later, requiring another inconvenient trip to the store.During our subsequent conversation with the owner, we expressed our concerns about the product's quality and the significant inconvenience caused by the multiple trips to the store. However, instead of addressing our concerns, the owner dismissively compared the situation to a car getting a flat tire, implying that it was normal for wedding band ston.es to become loose and fall out. We find this analogy inappropriate and unacceptable, as it does not reflect the frequency of the issue we experienced.The overall quality of the product and the customer service provided by Diana Labelle Jewerly have fallen well below our expectations. We strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when considering purchases from this establishment.

I'm big on honesty and transparency I can not speak for all the jewelers but the one I dealt with I feel is a liar an a thief. I sold some things an was told they were worth x and I go back and the stuff is ten times what I sold it for... like I said I can't speak for all the people there but this man will make me never come back and tell everyone my experience at this business. I understand it's a business but lying and trying to take advantage of someone who don't and had no way to figure out the worth is bad business.

A decent place to purchase jewelry, just beware the quality at some kiosks, price everyone out…. I think your best bet to is find someone that is referred that has done more than 1/2 transactions with someone

My husband and I shopped here for several years . I buy all my jewelry from Ceylon jewelers and their quality and prices are the best . I absolutely will never go anywhere else and they treat my husband and I like family

Ned at Woodbridge Jewelry Exchange truly exceeded our expectations in customizing my engagement ring. My husband, Dan, worked closely with Ned to create the perfect design. After the proposal, Ned ensured it fit perfectly (thanks to the customized design) and even had it engraved. This ring holds immense sentimental value, and I wear it every day. Although we encountered a minor issue with one diamond falling out within the first year, Ned promptly addressed and resolved it, ensuring it wouldn't happen again. There are (2) employees that Needs to be recognized. Both their names so happen to be Eric. You know who you are. I came the end of last year to have a “Special Gold Heart ?” engraved and pics of my mom & sister (both named Carol) who both passed away. Eric, who does the engraving, matched the initial engraving that said “Mom” to add “& Carol” on it, had me crying in such away, I didn’t think anyone could be that “CREATIVE.” Eric, whose window is right next door, cut out the select photo of “Mom & Carol (my sister) in that locket. I’m in tears now… They don’t have a Grace marking yet, but the two Eric’s made my wearing this locket my husband got me for Christmas, thee best gift ? that’s so “literally near and dear to my heart.” until I get their marking to go visit them. Thank you guys for making your skill worth coming… I have highly recommended them to many to come have their jewelry cared for. They are Amazing at what they do and I wouldn’t go elsewhere, but to this particular place. Their skills is worth “way more than their hourly rate.” Their hourly rate should match their expertise of work…Thank you for what you both brought to my heart… I’ll never forget either of you.Mrs. Ezella Harris-Moses

Ned from Classy Diamonds delivers. He helped me with a wedding band years ago and after I misplaced, was able to replicate it and turn around sooner than expected. Great service and quality. Would highly recommend.

Christopher gallo the biggest rip off schmuck. sold us a low quality diamond ring for almost 3k and when we try to sell it back he said he can only give a few hundred bc he invested in another bussiness. what kind of excuse is that? hope karma doesn't bite him in the you know what!!!

I would have to say this place is the best place in the exchange. I’ve been dealing with them for years. I have walked around several times in the past to see about prices. I always go back to them no need to look anywhere else. I have sent so many people to them. They stand behind all there sales…Royal Jewelers is the only place to shop!!!A shout out to all of them for their service.Hit Matt up he will always be honest !

Zeki’s Jewelry- After agreeing on the cost for several items of the jewelry repairs, ( which was already more than what I was expecting) he increased the fee by 25 % when they were ready to be picked up. The repairs were done well but he did not follow the directions/requests for them and he was very argumentative. ..very disappointing experience ..

The BEST place to get your jewelry repaired or resized! Erik Larsen is the guy to pay a visit to as he was really accommodating to my wife and I who needed resizing to our rings done the day before our wedding. I recommend coming to him for all your jewelry customization, repairs, and resizing needs!

Br careful. They switch your ring and diamonds out between the sales counter and repair shop guy. Don't let them carry it for you and don't let the jewelry out of sight. This is the switcheroo exchange.

Christine jewelry... Purchased a diamond ring and within 4 months a diamond fell out. I returned to the jewelry who tells me " ahh it happens " I looked at him and showed him my wedding and engagement ring fully intact after 25 years not one stone moved and I actually wore my band while kickboxing. This is used for special occasions and I'm missing a diamond?! Almost 1k on this ring ... he starts to speak in a different dialect, which I believe is rude when dealing with consumers. Yes I speak 3 different languages and would not do this. After going back and forth with his son he tells me ok I will fix for free. Hmm really with that said rest of jewelry I had on hold I released as they also had diamonds. He was upset saying oh I could have sold that. Sir you still can just not to me. There was not one apology I spent 5 k with this location and I wish I could give him everything back. Shop elsewhere.
