By fare the worst Wawa I’ve ever been too. Waited 30mins for our food that never even got cooked. By the time we got our food more then half was misses. Couldn’t refund us our money, was told we had to call the online number. Which when doing so no one answered. Thanks for the waste of time and no refund considering we got no answer.

3/6/2025: I got their matcha tea, it's really high in caffeine compared to the one you get from Whole Foods. It's 12:00 midnight and I'm still up and I had this matcha tea about 3:00 p.m. today.

Bathrooms were so filthy that my wife had to walk to the aldi next door. Very unlike a Wawa.

Ordered a steak sandwich through Uber eats, it tasted like dog food. Really terrible I tried my best trying to eat it but I just couldn’t. The yogurt mando smoothie was good but you gotta drink it right away, whatever was left I put on the fridge and it got bad next day.

This Wawa is the only one where the put cones out and no gas attendants and it’s not past midnight/was 10pm.

This wawa is terrible at night!!! No cashiers for the register, when they are there, they're always on their phone not paying attention. Drinks and orders are being made but numbers aren't being called!!
I been to over 20 wawas and this one is at the bottom at night

I went into this Wawa today and I ordered a bowl and a sub went out to the car . When I opened the package to both they were missing ingredients. I went back in to let them know and I was told that they couldn't do anything about it. I'm very disappointed and will not be going back there.

The perfect pit stop for a self-serve coffee or a snack wrap. The snack wraps are tasty, especially the chicken & bacon one. They have a lot of sandwich orders to-go, and they have festive holiday cups at the moment. Hot coffee and tea is self-serve.

Wawa has become too big to care. Now they don't even keep a cashier at all times. They want to save a few bucks, so they have the cashier do other things until a customer walks to the register. The result is that every time I go to a wawa, I have to keep looking around and waiting for someone to check me out. The way they make the food is very unhealthy as well. Their soups come in plastic, and they simply boil it while the plastic is on it?! Avoid eating here if you care for your health. Take your business to smaller stores/restaurants. Even franchises are better than the "We're too big to give a damn" Wawa.

Got to be honest that the quality of the service of Wawa has gone downhill over the past years that I've been a loyal customer.
If you guys are offering sides, please be sure to actually deliver.
It seems like an inconvenience to do.

Whoever does inventory here should be fired. Nothing is ever in stock, soda machine always missing all sodas and flavors nightly.
