I shopped online at Virani jewellers three times so far and I had great experience every single time. Khyathi in the store helped me greatly by showing the desired items in video call and also showed similar options so that I can make a satisfied decision. She is very friendly and also honest when I simply ping some times enquiring about new arrivals and trends. if anyone planning buy jewelry from this be caution.
we bought 24K bengal from this store. We went to india, to exhange 24 with 22K. once we given bengal to shop, they tested and told us. it is not 24K. Please find screenshots attached.

Their gold is great and 100% original. I live in VA but Khyati was so helpful over the phone. She was so quick in responding to my messages and sent every single item picture I requested. She was quick with shipping my item to me and it arrived so quickly. Loved her service and patience!! If this is the service for out of state I can’t imagine the service in person. Great people with great products!
